Unbox the Welcome Box<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You will receive a welcome box by post which includes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Tablet <\/li>
  2. Bluetooth Printer<\/li>
  3. Tablet Stand<\/li>
  4. Charging Cable (For both tablet and printer)<\/li>
  5. 58mm Printing Paper Rolls<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    The tablet has been tested and setup by our tech team. If something is not working. Please contact us.<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Getting ready<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
    1. Turn on your tablet and printer and connect to their respective chargers.<\/li>
    2. Make sure there is a paper roll in the printer and the paper roll is in the correct position. (Please see picture below)<\/em><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Connect to WiFi<\/h2>\n

      To start using the Restaurant App and start taking orders,  your tablet must always be connected to the internet. <\/strong><\/p>\n

      1. On your tablet home screen > Click on <\/i> Settings<\/strong> icon.<\/li>\n
      2. Go to Connections<\/strong> > Wi-Fi<\/strong> > Turn on Wi-Fi<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
      3. Connect to your Wi-Fi network.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n

        Connect your tablet to Bluetooth Printer<\/h2>\n

        To print out order tickets, your tablet need to be connected to the bluetooth printer. The tablet <\/strong>should already be connected to the printer because it has been set up by our team, if not please follow the steps below.<\/strong><\/p>\n

        1. On your tablet home screen > Click on <\/i> Settings<\/strong> icon.<\/li>\n
        2. Go to Connections<\/strong> > Bluetooth<\/strong> > Turn on Bluetooth<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
        3. Select your printer from the list and enter pin number.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          Logging in to Restaurant App<\/h2>\n

          Make sure the tablet is connected to the internet<\/strong> and you have your pin number<\/strong> ready. <\/p>\n

          1. Open Jusorder<\/strong> application on the home screen.<\/li>\n
          2. Enter your Pin Number.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n

            The pin number is located at the back of your tablet. Can’t find the pin number? Please see this article for How to get your pin number.<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Now you can start taking orders!.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
